Refund & Return Policy

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Damaged items
    • Defective products
    • Wrong item received
  • To request a return or replacement, customers must provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In the same condition as received
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Change of mind
    • Used products
    • Minor color/design variations due to screen display
    • Orders placed with incorrect address or phone number
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
    • Customers may be asked to pay a small advance for replacement shipping in certain cases.
    • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may be restricted from future purchases.
  • If the return request is approved:
    • Replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
  • We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
