Refund & Return Policy
- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Wrong item received
- To request a return or replacement, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Minor color/design variations due to screen display
- Orders placed with incorrect address or phone number
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Customers may be asked to pay a small advance for replacement shipping in certain cases.
- Repeated fake or refused COD orders may be restricted from future purchases.
- If the return request is approved:
- Replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
- We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
